Returns
For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns for opened merchandise. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused, unworn, unwashed items that are in the original packaging for a nominal restocking fee. Please contact info@motherfigure.com to initiate a return. 

Refunds 
It might take 7-10 business days for us to receive, process, and inspect your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, which may take another 5-7 days, depending on your original method of payment. The time for you to receive the credit is generally driven by your bank.

Late or missing refunds 
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have questions, contact us at info@motherfigure.com to confirm it has processed on our end. It may require you to contact your bank. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for different sizes! If you need to exchange your order, please send us an email at info@motherfigure.com

Shipping
When you contact info@motherfigure.com, we will send you a return label. You are also welcome to use your own service. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
